Cold Sunday afternoon

Dark remembrance of hallowed discussion

All taking place amongst familiar views

And degradation of old repercussions

Away from the heartache of life’s misfortunes

And loss of all that was once held to account

Until our rebellious natures are a fallacy to presume

That our true intentions will never be found out
